How we access your data.

Closelume connects to your CRM and communication tools via OAuth only. No passwords are stored or shared. You can revoke access at any time from your CRM's connected apps panel.

Enrichment data is processed in isolated tenant pipelines and retained only for the duration of active jobs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other commercial purpose.

TLS 1.2+ for all data in motion. AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
Read-only access available
Configure Closelume to run enrichment read-only on your CRM data. Write-back is opt-in per job type.
Retention by job lifecycle only
Enrichment data retained for active jobs only. Deleted on job completion or account close.

Enrichment audit log
Full log of every enrichment operation: field changed, source, timestamp. Viewable and exportable.
Data deletion on account close
All processed data deleted within 30 days of account cancellation. Confirmation provided on request.
No advertising data sharing
Your CRM and contact data is never shared with third parties for advertising or resale purposes.
No model training on customer data
Your pipeline data is not used to train Closelume's enrichment models. Processing only, no retention for training.
